A dual-brand F&B fit-out for Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee at Mall of the Emirates — twin storefronts sharing a dine-in cafe, open bakery counter and kiosk, delivered for Cravia Inc. as part of Davies Group UAE's long-running relationship with the brand across the UAE.

Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee are two of the most recognisable F&B brands in the world — paired together at Mall of the Emirates in a dual-brand format that shares a single dine-in cafe and back-of-house while presenting two distinct storefronts to the mall concourse. Davies Group UAE delivered this fit-out for long-standing client Cravia Inc.
The layout combines a full dine-in cafe area, an open bakery and coffee service counter and dedicated kiosk frontage for each brand — all delivered under one seamless build. Backlit graphic panels, branded menu boards and a bright coffee-themed mural carry both brands' identities through the space.
Dining furniture, seating, counter joinery, signage and full MEP coordination were delivered entirely by Davies Group UAE — one of several Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee fit-outs the company has completed across the UAE for Cravia Inc.
