Davies Group UAE was founded in 1997 with our main focus on commercial interior fit-out — delivering for retail, hospitality and F&B brands across Dubai's malls and developments. Alongside that work, we have always carried out residential refurbishment projects for private clients, and we're now expanding this side of the business, taking on more villa work across Dubai's residential communities in addition to our core commercial fit-out projects.

A villa upgrade or full villa refurbishment rarely stays inside one trade. A kitchen renovation usually touches plumbing and electrics; new flooring affects skirting, doors and decorating; a garden rebuild needs drainage and lighting coordinated with the house. Do you take on single-room renovations or only full villas?
We take on projects of any scale — from a single kitchen or bathroom renovation to a complete villa interior fit-out, all under the same in-house team and standard of finish.
Do I need approval from my community, developer or the municipality?
Many Dubai communities and developers (such as Emaar or Nakheel) require NOC approval for structural, MEP or external works before renovation begins. We handle this submission process for you as part of the project, so there are no delays once work is ready to start.
Can I stay in my villa while the renovation work is carried out?
In most cases, yes — we can sequence work room by room so you can remain in the property, particularly for kitchen, bathroom or single-area renovations. For full villa strip-outs we'll advise upfront if temporary relocation makes sense for your specific scope.
