A complete restaurant fit-out for Flavour Fields at Dubai Galleria Mall in Jumeirah — one of several Kitopi-branded concepts Davies Group UAE has delivered across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A natural, earthy material palette of brick, brushed plaster and woven rattan brings the brand's 'real food as nature intended' philosophy to life across the dining floor.

Flavour Fields dining floor wide view with rattan pendant lighting and banquette seating, Dubai Galleria Mall

Flavour Fields is one of several Kitopi-branded restaurant concepts Davies Group UAE has delivered across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. At Dubai Galleria Mall in Jumeirah, the brief was to build a fast-casual dining floor — build-your-own salad bowls, a dedicated Bean Fields coffee counter and a Spring Fields drinks station — inside a warm, earthy, nature-led interior.

The dining floor sits beneath an exposed dark timber pergola ceiling, threaded with trailing greenery and a run of hand-woven rattan pendant lights. A backlit 'Grounded in Nature' and 'Real Food As Nature Intended' feature wall anchors the space in brushed lime plaster and exposed reclaimed brick, while the open salad-bar counter puts the kitchen — and the produce — on full display.

Every counter was built as its own destination: a circular 'Order Here' station finished in woven natural fibre, a dedicated Bean Fields espresso bar, and a Spring Fields self-serve drinks fountain. Davies Group UAE delivered the complete fit-out for Flavour Fields end to end — joinery, finishes, signage and back-of-house kitchen included.
