JVT Villa
Full Renovation.

This 8,500 sq ft plot villa in Jumeirah Village Triangle was renovated in full by Davies Group UAE — a genuine top-to-bottom scope across all 4,600 sq ft of built-up area and every one of its five bedrooms. The build covered new A/C throughout, thin-frame sliding doors and windows, electric curtains, a new electric garage door, new wooden entrance doors and black internal doors finished with British-style architrave.

The kitchen was rebuilt around a bespoke curved island in White Rhino marble with a waterfall edge, paired with a built-in wine rack, glass storage and an integrated champagne fridge. Bespoke joinery runs throughout the villa — built-in wardrobes in every room, stacked washer-dryer storage cupboards, and fitted dressing rooms with backlit shelving for shoes, bags and folded clothing.

Six bathrooms were renovated in full, each finished with natural stone vessel sinks, brushed brass and matte black fittings, and floor-to-ceiling marble-effect tiling. Externally, the patio and garden were fully tiled and re-landscaped from the entrance area through to the rear garden, completing the transformation from the street to the back wall.
