Davies Group UAE delivered a complete freestanding kiosk fit-out for Ladurée at Fashion Avenue, The Dubai Mall — an amazing finish, with a great deal of time and detail invested in every part of the design and build. Designed to stand entirely free of any surrounding structure, this luxury patisserie pavilion was a genuine showstopper.

Unlike an in-line boutique built within an existing unit, Ladurée's Fashion Avenue kiosk was designed to stand entirely free within the mall atrium — visible and approachable from every angle, with no back-of-house wall to hide behind. That brief demanded a genuinely showstopping piece of joinery and finishing, and it was one of our most detailed builds to date.
A curved green-and-white striped façade wraps the full circumference of the kiosk, crowned by a dramatic circular rooftop deck finished in textured white with an illuminated gold laurel wreath medallion — visible from every level of the atrium above. The illuminated 'Ladurée' wordmark sits within a suspended brass ring at the entrance, announcing the brand long before guests reach the counter.
Inside, a full-height macaron and gifting display wall wraps the curved back wall, with a further circular display counter for pastries and gift boxes at guest height. Surrounding terrace seating in the brand's signature mint-green upholstery, gold-lattice privacy screens and clipped topiary complete the guest experience. Every element — from the rooftop medallion to the display joinery — was designed and built in-house by Davies Group UAE.
