Davies Group UAE delivered a complete optical retail fit-out for Owndays at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi — one of several Owndays boutiques delivered across the UAE, each built around the brand's signature Japanese-inspired minimalist look. A living green-wall storefront, full retail joinery and a dedicated refraction room were all built end to end as one project.

Owndays is one of Davies Group UAE's most repeated optical retail partners, and the Yas Mall boutique is among several locations delivered across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — each one built around the brand's signature Japanese-inspired minimalist identity. Davies Group UAE delivered the complete fit-out from first fix through to final handover.
A living green-wall façade wraps the storefront, with illuminated Owndays signage in English and Arabic visible across the mall concourse. Inside, full-height backlit display cabinetry in pale timber and taupe tones showcases the eyewear collection, with floor-standing display tables finished to match.
To the rear, a dedicated reception, pick-up and cashier zone sits alongside a private refraction room, with an in-store optical workshop fitted with a Briot Emotion 2 lens edger for fast on-site glazing — supporting the brand's signature 20-minute quick processing service. Every fixture, cabinet and finish was designed and built in-house by Davies Group UAE.
Davies Group worked closely alongside the brand's concept design team based in Japan to execute this fit-out.
