Pitfire Pizza's Mirdiff Hills location brings the brand's signature red-and-black identity to life across a full storefront glazing package and a dramatic recessed entrance — bold red PITFIRE lettering and a mesh-panelled steel screen visible right across the plaza. Davies Group UAE delivered the complete fit-out, from the mall-facing shopfront through to the working kitchen at the rear.
Inside, a run of warm timber-clad dining booths sits beneath a textured white brick wall and a trail of globe pendant lighting, paired with a service counter finished in deep red and gloss black metro brick. Behind the counter, a fully equipped show kitchen houses a triple-deck pizza oven, commercial refrigeration and prep stations — built to the exacting standards of a working bakery kitchen.
