Davies Group UAE delivered a complete fit-out for Studio 100 Jiu-Jitsu at Motor City — currently the brand's only Dubai location. A full matted training floor, dedicated strength and conditioning room, sauna and changing facilities were all built end to end as one project.

Studio 100 Jiu-Jitsu is currently the brand's only academy in Dubai, and Davies Group UAE delivered the complete fit-out from first fix through to final handover. Every space was built around the demands of daily training, from the mat floor to recovery facilities.
The full-height windows along one wall flood the main training floor with natural light, while a run of built-in cubby storage keeps the space clear of shoes and kit during sessions. A dedicated strength and conditioning room sits alongside the mats, fitted with a squat rack, cable machine, free weights and a branded lifting platform for athletes building strength off the mat.
Recovery and changing facilities round out the academy — a wood-lined sauna, mirrored changing rooms and a dedicated equipment store for bands, ropes and mats. Every fixture, partition and finish was designed and built in-house by Davies Group UAE.
