Mall NOCs, DDA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA and civil defence submissions handled entirely by our team — we know every authority, every requirement and every format, protecting your opening date from day one.

Authority submissions are one of the most common causes of delay on a UAE fit-out — and one of the areas where Davies Group UAE's dual MEP and ARCH approved-contractor status makes the biggest difference. Holding both trade category approvals directly with MAF, Nakheel, Emaar and Aldar Malls is genuinely hard to achieve, and most fit-out contractors in Dubai only hold one.
That status means we manage the full submission process in-house, without relying on third parties: mall landlord NOCs, Dubai Development Authority and Dubai Municipality approvals, and DEWA connections. Civil defence submissions are handled the same way — Hassantuk fire and life safety compliance and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approvals for projects in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi Civil Defence (ADCD) for projects in Abu Dhabi, which follows its own distinct laws and regulations. Every authority, every requirement and every submission format is something our team has navigated for over 30 years.
Because this is handled by a single accountable team rather than passed between consultants and contractors, we can move quickly when a query comes back from an authority — protecting your opening date instead of letting it slip while paperwork is chased between parties.
