We install split, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems sized correctly for each room and orientation — one of the most common reasons a villa AC system underperforms is incorrect capacity sizing at installation, not the unit itself. Installation includes refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, electrical connection and ductwork integration as part of the same renovation programme as MEP and joinery, so units, grilles and ducting are positioned with the finished interior in mind.

Beyond installation, we offer full maintenance contracts covering filter cleaning, coil servicing, refrigerant checks, duct cleaning and breakdown response — the routine work that keeps a system running efficiently and avoids the mid-summer compressor failures that come from years of neglected servicing. Maintenance can be contracted standalone, independent of any wider renovation work.

Full maintenance scope includes scheduled filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant gas checks and top-ups, duct cleaning, drainage line clearing, and rapid breakdown callout — available as a one-off service or an ongoing annual maintenance contract for villas that want consistent, scheduled care rather than reactive repairs.

Common questions.

How much does AC installation cost for a Dubai villa?
Cost depends on system type and villa size. As a guide, split AC installation typically starts from AED 8,000–25,000 depending on the number of units and whether it is a split, ducted or VRF system. Annual maintenance contracts are quoted separately based on system size.
Why does my villa's AC struggle in peak summer even though it's serviced?
It's often a sizing or design issue rather than a maintenance one — an undersized unit, poor ductwork layout or refrigerant leak will underperform in extreme heat regardless of how clean the filters are, which is why we assess the whole system rather than just servicing what's there.
How often should villa AC systems be serviced?
We recommend filter cleaning every 4–6 weeks in peak summer and a full coil and refrigerant service at least twice a year for villa systems running near-constantly through Dubai's hot months.
Can you take over maintenance on an existing AC system you didn't install?
