Every villa extension, boundary wall or structural alteration starts below the finishes — with blockwork and concreting that has to be right before anything else can be built on top of it. Davies Group UAE carries out blockwork and concreting as part of villa renovations, extensions and standalone structural works across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We carry out blockwork for villa extensions, internal wall alterations, boundary and garden walls, and structural openings — built to the loads and tolerances the project's structural drawings call for, not laid as a generic finish. Block sizes, mortar mix and reinforcement are specified per element, whether that's a full-height external wall or a low garden boundary wall.
Concreting covers foundations, slabs, columns and beams for extensions and structural alterations, along with external concrete works such as driveway bases, footings for pergolas and boundary walls, and floor screeds ahead of tiling or flooring. Where a project needs structural engineer sign-off, we work directly from the approved structural drawings and coordinate inspection at the correct pour stages.
Blockwork is specified in standard or thermal-block concrete masonry units sized to the structural requirement, laid in accordance with the approved drawings and local authority standards. Concrete is supplied as ready-mix to the specified grade for foundations, slabs and structural elements, with steel reinforcement detailed and fixed to the structural engineer's schedule before any pour. All structural concreting on projects requiring authority approval is coordinated with the appointed structural consultant and inspected at each stage.
