Older Dubai villas in particular often need a full electrical upgrade — we carry out complete rewiring, distribution board replacement, lighting circuits and smart-home wiring infrastructure as part of a renovation, or as a standalone scope. All electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians to UAE regulations, with proper certification on completion.

On the plumbing side, we handle full re-piping, water pressure and supply upgrades, drainage and waste lines, and the complete mechanical install behind every new bathroom — waterproofing, shower mixers, underfloor heating where specified, and sanitary ware connection. Because MEP, tiling and joinery are all delivered under one contract, first and second-fix electrical and plumbing are sequenced properly around the rest of the renovation instead of being bolted in around someone else's finished work.

Every MEP package is designed to current UAE building regulations and signed off with the appropriate completion certification.

MEP works are priced per scope. A single bathroom's electrical and plumbing renovation typically starts from AED 15,000, while a full villa rewire or re-piping project is quoted after a site survey.

Does my villa need a full rewire, or just an upgrade?

It depends on the age of the property and the condition of the existing wiring — we carry out an electrical survey first and recommend a full rewire only where it's genuinely needed.

Can you renovate a bathroom without touching the rest of the villa?
