Large porcelain slabs have become the standard choice for Dubai patios — slip-rated for wet pool surrounds, resistant to UV fading, and laid with minimal grout lines for a clean, contemporary look that extends the indoor flooring outside. We also lay natural stone flooring including travertine and limestone, and polished or textured marble tiles for covered terraces.

Where a softer, warmer look is wanted underfoot, we install neutral effect flooring in wood-look porcelain that delivers timber's appearance with none of its outdoor maintenance burden. Every patio installation is specified with the correct slip rating for the location, proper falls to drainage around pools and planting, and movement joints sized for Dubai's temperature swings — the difference between a patio that lasts and one that cracks within a year.

Patio flooring options include slip-rated large porcelain slabs, natural stone flooring such as travertine and limestone, polished or honed marble tiles for covered areas, durable ceramic tiling, and wood-look neutral effect flooring in porcelain plank format. Every outdoor tiling package is laid with UV-stable adhesives and grout, correct falls to drainage, and expansion joints sized for Dubai's heat — specified differently from an indoor installation even when the same tile is used both sides of the glass.

What's the difference between indoor and outdoor porcelain tiles?

Can you tile right up to the pool edge?
Yes — we install pool-surround tiling with the correct slip rating and coping detail, coordinated with your pool contractor where the pool itself isn't part of our scope.
