A music studio or academy fit-out lives or dies by its acoustics. Every practice room partition needs correctly sized acoustic rockwool insulation and double fire-rated boarding, with doors, frames and glazing selected for their acoustic rating — all resolved before a single finish or piece of joinery gets specified. Our team locks down the acoustic build-up first, then designs the interior around it, so a piano lesson in one room and a violin lesson next door never bleed into each other.

We have delivered multiple Aureus Music Academy locations across the UAE, each combining a branded storefront and reception with a full corridor of soundproofed practice rooms, dedicated piano rooms and instrument display walls.

Every music studio fit-out includes full MEP coordination, bespoke joinery, feature lighting, signage and gallery-wall detailing — delivered as a single turn-key contract from empty shell to opening day.

Front-of-house sets the tone before a single note is played. We design branded reception desks, feature TV displays and backlit shadow-box galleries that showcase certificates, student achievements and branded artwork — giving music academies the same shopfront presence as a retail brand.

Behind reception, piano and instrument rooms are fitted with built-in cabinetry, illustrated feature artwork and teacher workstations, while dedicated display walls showcase guitars and other instruments as a feature in their own right — all built and permitted as part of the same turn-key contract.
